Abstract

Background: Anemia in pregnant mothers is a condition of mothers with hemoglobin levels below 11g/dL in trimesters 1 and 3 or hemoglobins below 10.5g/dl in trimester 2 (Soebroto,2010). Some of the factors that can cause pregnancy anemia include pregnant, age, parity, educational level, economic status, consumption of fe tablets and dietary patterns. (krisnawati, yanti dan sulistianingsih, 2015). During pregnancy, nutrients are necessary for the growth of the mother's reproductive organs as well as for the development of the fetus. The mother's requirement of iron during pregnancy is 800mg of iron. Objective of the research: to find out the relationship between nutrition and dietary patterns to the incidence of anemia in pregnant mothers in Puskesmas Tanjung Enim in 2023.Research Methods: This research is an analytical study with a cross-sectional study design or survey. and a sample of 50 respondents. This research instrument uses a food frequency questionnaire that has been validated and realistic. Research results: The results of the Speramean Rank Correlation Test Nutrition Status and Anemia incidence were obtained P-Value 0.04, as well as the result of the speramean rank correlation test Eating patterns and anemia incidences < 0,000 which means there is a relationship between the nutritional status and the dietary pattern of pregnant mothers in the third trimester with the incidence of anemia. Conclusion And Advice: There is a significant influence on nutritional status and dietary patterns in the incidence of anemia in pregnant mothers in Puskesmas Tanjung Enim. It is recommended for pregnant mothers to apply a good diet during pregnancy, as well as can increase nutritional intake during pregnant.
