Abstract

Background: Milk contains a variety of substances that are needed in the growth process, baby development, baby health and immunity. Milk produced during the first days of birth, contains colostrum that can protect the baby from disease. Low exclusive breastfeeding in newborns is often due to unleavened milk and low milk production, this is due to reduced stimulation of the hormone prolactin and hormone oxytocin that play a major role in smooth milk processing. Many ways that mothers are doing to improve the quality of milk, one of which is by consuming foods that contain lactagogum.Objective of research: influence of turmeric juice decoction on the production of vinegar on the mother's breath Research method: The research method used is quantitative with experimental Quasi design. With the design of the Post Test Control Group Design, respondents in the study were divided into 15 office groups and 15 experimental groups of 30 people. The sample taken by purposive sampling method is a breastfeeding mother in the Puskesmas Banten Girang Region that meets the inclusion criteria. This study was conducted on 10 - 17 December 2023 at BPM Bidan Devi. Results of the study: It can be concluded that from the results of the Univariat Analysis the frequency of the mother's age distribution of 21 people (70%) aged 20 - 35 years. The job of respondents 26 people (86.7%) as a housewife. In Bivariat Analysis, differences in breast production between the intervention group and the control group were obtained after giving Kunyit Sari Rebusan Water with a probability value (p value) = 0,000 < 0.05. Conclusion and Advice: From the results of the research showed there is an influence of Giving Kunyit Sari Rebusan on Asian Production on Mother Nifas. In the future researchers especially the widow who will focus on the same topic in order to further improve skills through the latest literature, training as well as counseling on each exam of mother nifas
